The patented recipe for Slušné číslo non-alcoholic beer was created in cooperation between the Research Institute of Brewing and Malting and the Charles University Faculty of Mathematics and Physics.

Šlušné číslo is produced at the Pivovar Ferdinand brewery, where more than a century of experience goes hand-in-hand with ground-breaking innovation. This allows us to create a truly unique non-alcoholic beer with an authentic modern taste. Slušné číslo is available on tap exclusively at branches of Culina Carolina, and will soon be available in shops.

Charles University’s unique non-alcoholic beer, Slušné číslo, is created using Saccharomyces cerevisiae isolated from winemaking. During fermentation of the brewery wort, this yeast creates only a limited amount of alcohol while at the same time producing a high-quality, tasty non-alcoholic beverage with a suppressed wort taste. Dry hopping gives Slušné číslo a fresh citrusy aroma and tones of tropical fruit.
